Terms of Service
Due.com (also referred to here as “Due,” “we,” “us,” “the website,” and “the app”) provides these terms and conditions to its customers (also referred to here as “users,” “you,” and “website visitors) with the understanding that use of its services constitutes agreement to these terms. Both Due’s website and its application fall under the terms stated in this agreement, as well as any add-on software or services provided by Due or third-party providers.
Registering and Using Due
Due provides its application through the URL www.due.com By visiting the website, a customer can download the app, view billing information, and manage subscription features. A Due member will serve under a self-assigned function, which may include administrators, approvers, and users, along with other roles as to be defined by the administrator.
By registering for Due services, you agree to provide only information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also agree to update that information as it changes. You will also accept responsibility for creating and safeguarding a password that keeps your account information secure. You also agree to the risks that are attached to the use of an online financial system and accept full responsibility to any account breaches that may occur as a result.
How We Make Money
We take transparency seriously.
Our content is free because we earn a commission when you click on a link or make a purchase through the links on our site. We want to make sure that you understand how we make money and who pays us, so we want you to know that we partner with a LOT of companies who we have a paid relationship with. If you choose to click on the links on our site, we may receive compensation. If you don’t click or use the phone numbers listed on our site, we will not be compensated. Ultimately, the choice is yours. Would love it if you clicked on the links from our site.
We also make money through services we sell.
Basically, we make money with every click you make. We appreciate you.
We do not take editorial direction in our reviews (favorably or unfavorably) in the direction of any partner (or any company for that matter).
Liability for Error
In the event an accounting error occurs at the fault of Due, our liability will be limited solely to the late fees incurred as a result. Our responsibility will be solely for any penalties incurred from the time the error occurred to the time it was discovered, whether by the user or Due’s staff.
Use of Content
Due users retain full ownership of the content they post within the app and on the Due website. Due retains the right to utilize this information in order to operate the site, including displaying usernames in forums and providing information to your own customers as requested by you.
By using Due, you grant the website and the service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferrable right to use, display, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works based on that content in the manner in which Due chooses to perform such activities periodically. You also warrant that you own the content you post within the app or that you have the right to post the content in the course of doing business.
Payments with Due
By signing up as a subscriber for Due’s services, you consent to have your billing account automatically debited for the amount and term you choose in account settings. If Due is unable to debit the full amount due from your account, you have five business days from the time of written notification to pay the amount due before late fees accrue. Due reserves the right to be reimbursed for the cost of collection if past-due accounts are not paid within a reasonable amount of time.
Due ensures the security of card holder data processing/transmitting within our application aligns with the latest best practices for data security standards and PCI-DSS requirements at all times. Due is responsible for vulnerabilities originating from within the Due environment. Due is not responsible for data breaches or vulnerabilities that occur as a result of issues outside the scope of our environment including issues resulting from third party service providers. In the event that a vulnerability is identified, it will be remedied as soon as possible.
Due offers payments in the United States and different countries through partnerships, known as either third-party payment processors or payment providers. In order for you to use several of our payment processing partners or payment providers, you must register with them as a merchant in order to use our service(s).
We encourage all our users to view both their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before moving forward with them. By accepting this agreement with Due, you agree that you have reviewed our partners’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the country in which you are located and agree to them.

Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
Due account subscriptions are managed by Chargebee. We do not offer refunds for cancellations of Due account subscriptions. In some cases, we may issue credit to a user’s account in the event of an early cancelation or change of subscribed plan occurs. Issued credit to a user’s account can be used for future purchases of account subscriptions or addons. We do not offer refunds if a user applies for Due Payments and is at any point rejected, under review, or in any way not approved/enabled. Due account subscriptions can be cancelled or changed to a different plan in the billing section of the account settings. If a user deletes their account, this is also cancel their Due account subscription.
Due Payments Applications
By submitting a Due Payments Application, you acknowledge that not all Due Payments applications will be approved. Due reserves the right to decline, reject, or pause payment activity on any Due Payments account if fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is suspected at any point in time. In some cases we may ask for additional information after your application is submitted.
We do not disclose reasons for rejection if you are not approved for Due Payments. Regardless of your Due Payments status, you may still process payments with alternative payment methods such as Stripe or PayPal.
Privacy Policy
Due is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected on users of its system is gathered solely for the purpose of creating a more enjoyable experience for customers. Information collected on non-members of the site is not connected to a specific person and is used solely to improve our marketing and conversion efforts.
Once a person has signed up as a subscriber, information may be collected through the use of cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts. This data is often pulled in aggregate form in order to determine trends and demographics that assist Due with its marketing and service improvement efforts. This information is only shared with third parties who are partner services with Due.
