Since social media content can be shared so quickly with so many, it’s important to make sure that anything bad or unprofessional is caught quickly.
That’s why Angela Ruth, Due’s Marketing Manager, noted that one of the most important ways to handle such misconduct is to address it quickly so the team member doesn’t do it again. A good recommendation is to create and implement a formal social media policy that provides the basis for any discussion and punishment.
