According to members of the Forbes Technology Council, including Due CTO Chalmers Brown, there are many factors that are important for selecting a CEO for your technology council. Chalmers noted that sharing a long-term vision is a key factor in making your decision because they will be in charge of handling business development, finance, sales and marketing if these executive roles are not already filled.
