CEO of Due, John Rampton, was included in an Inc. article about the types of behaviors that leaders avoid when their business hits a roadblock. John noted that it was important to not point fingers because problems are bound to happen, so pointing fingers only intensifies the problem rather than solving it as well as creates conflict with others that is unnecessary.
Along with not pointing fingers, the other leaders included in the article recommended not giving up, thinking you are the only one going through this, getting emotional, burying your head in the sand and beating yourself up among other no-no’s. The article provides the context as to why these behaviors do not fix the roadblocks as well as how you might behave differently for a better result.
