1. Make customers feels safe.

Boost your customer’s confidence by creating a secure and professional-appearing webpage, adding recognizable logos, and testing your page design. One of the easiest ways to do this is by obtaining a SSL certificate. This authenticates the identity of the website and encrypts the data that’s being transmitted.

Also, make sure that you accept as many payment options as possible. This can include processing payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, eChecks, and cryptocurrencies. The reason? It makes the customer feel more comfortable and doesn’t limit you to just one type of payment method. Remember, you can’t use every kind of payment. However, you should definitely test out your site to see which payments your customers prefer.

3. Have clear and visible CTAs.

When your website is easy-to-navigate and clearly explains what you want your customers to do next, the less likely they’ll be to get frustrated and leave. One of the most effective ways to do this is by having clear and visible calls-to-actions, such as “buy now,” “order now,” “checkout here,” and “complete your order” throughout the payment process.

This begins with positioning your CTA buttons front and center, making sure that they are large enough for thumbs to click, and are a color that doesn’t blend into your site’s background.

If you’re unsure, crate a couple of different buttons and test them out to see which ones are the most effective.
