We’ve all heard the saying “the customer is always right” and when you’ve been on the service side of it like I have, it can be pretty difficult to assume that they’re right. But as an entrepreneur you have to keep in mind that without the customer, there is no business. And that customer’s business pays your workers. I know that sentiment very well as my wages are paid entirely by one of our customer’s business.
All in all, it’s good to keep in mind that finding new customers to replace the old ones takes much more time, effort and money than just keeping up good customer care.
