Eleanor Roosevelt Quote – Keeping Your Priorities Straight

Eleanor Roosevelt Quote - Keeping Your Priorities Straight

“He who loses money, loses much; He who loses a friend, loses much more; He who loses faith, loses all.” -Eleanor Roosevelt

Losing money can be a definite downer to your day, but it’s something you can easily bounce back from (let’s hope it wasn’t millions of dollars!). Friends are a much greater loss because they are the ones who pick you back up when the money fails, or life in general gets you down. But the true loss is when you have lost faith in yourself. That is something you may not be able to bounce back from.

Failure can feel rather crushing at times, but that doesn’t mean you should lose all hope. The sun will come out tomorrow, there’s always rainbows after rain, you get the gist. Failure in business does not mean that you are a failure, so don’t lose faith in yourself over one messed up transaction, get back out there and keep going!
