He graduated magna cum lade from Monmouth College in 1988 with a bachelors of accounting. He graduated with departmental honors and was Blue Key Senior Man of the year in 1988. Daniel was a Professor of Law at The John Marshall Law School for 12 years. He has been on the Board of Trustees for Monmouth College since 2009.Certifications
