The Huffington Post published ten different ways to fight employee burnout as provided by members of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), including Angela Ruth, Due’s Marketing Manager. She noted that burnout tends to be tied to the struggle to balance life and work responsibilities.With a more flexible working arrangement, employees tend to relax and feel more confident that they can take care of everything.
Once they have that control back, it’s easier to feel and act productively. Other suggestions included creating a tailored solution, get them grounded, encourage them to get more rest, offer transparency and be aware of vulnerability.
