Many fortune 500 CEO’s speak candidly on their opinion of continuing education, some of them made it with continuing education, some may not have even finished high school. I seriously doubt Jim Rohn is advising students not to continue their education (our world seems to require it nowadays) but he means that if you just take the formal education, without actually learning the content, you aren’t going to be any better for it. Taking a class and learning the information for a grade, spewing out the information on a final exam and then forgetting all about it will get us nowhere. Self-education, whether it be college or improving yourself in other ways, will make you the real fortune.
