How to Automate Your Conversions

Updated on January 17th, 2022
Automate Conversions

Getting conversions can be one of the most exciting parts of running a business. When all your lead magnets and marketing not only generate interest in your product or service but purchases, it communicates that all your hard effort has paid off. Conversions can seem hard to gain at first, but once you’ve got a system down you can automate it.

Here are three of the best ways to automate your conversions to boost your profit.

1. Create Evergreen Content

Creating valuable content is vital for your business to succeed. While it’s highly recommended that you provide free and helpful content and advice whether it’s a blog post, case study, email etc., you can always make sure it’s evergreen and promotes a product or service you offer.

Evergreen content doesn’t lose relevance over time making it very effective in terms of resonating with a wider audience.

Brainstorm a list of helpful evergreen topics that your audience would find interesting and be sure to plug your pitch at the end if it relates to the content.

Adding a simple and clear call-to-action at the end of your content to tell people which steps to take next is a really low effort way to boost your conversions automatically.

2. Schedule Social Media Updates

Be sure to promote your evergreen content, news, and other promotions by scheduling social media updates to engage with your audience, and to help your customers find the information they are seeking.

Having a strong social media presence is key, because the more people who see your posts, the better your conversions will be.

If you are running a promotion or a flash sale, you can schedule everything out ahead of time then take a day off so you can earn money while you’re not working on your business.

If you’re not that great with social media, you can always hire someone like a virtual assistant to help you.

3. Set Up an Email Series

Email series are very popular these days. When someone signs up for your email list, it means they are interested in hearing more of what you have to say about certain topics and staying in the loop.

What better way to kick off the initial connection than with an insightful series of emails to help your subscribers learn something new or solve a problem?

You can create a short 5-10 day email course to share specific information with subscribers and create content for each day that will be sent directly to their inbox automatically.

Within the emails, you can link to products or services you offer and even affiliate links so you can earn a commission if someone clicks on the link and makes a purchase. As long as you disclose affiliate links, you’re good to go.

The best part about email series and courses is that they can be automated by using most email marketing providers. All you have to do is set everything up, then let it be and track your conversions.

Summary: Focus on Working Smarter

Getting conversions is great, but automating them can make you feel even better, and will cut down on the time you need to spend on this action. Focus on working smarter as opposed to working harder by attempting to automate your conversions using the three hacks listed above.

The more you automate and set up successful systems and processes, the more time you’ll free up to focus on other things.
