The Muse recently published ten responses from Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) members about the smart moves that part-timers can transition you from part-timer to full-time employee.

YEC member and eCash/Due Marketing Manager Angela Ruth noted that it’s a smart idea to feel compelled to share ideas and feedback even when not solicited because this means that she or he’s feeling some connection to the company.  Others suggested beating the boss at their own game, hustling harder than anyone else, thinking outside of the box, proactively problem solving, providing insights, showing initiative and being a team player.
