Success Magazine recently gathered the opinions of nine members of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) about what they do at home that helps them be successful at work. Due’s Marketing Director, Angela Ruth, noted that since she works primarily from home, there are challenges that abound.
However, by creating a separate work space away from all types of distractions found around the house, she has been able to stay productive. Also, meditative walks have helped to regain her focus when it wanes. Other YEC members shared that they use their home to make to-do lists, participate in volunteer activities, relax and recharge, focus on organization and a lack of clutter, select clothing for the next day at work, and brainstorm and be creative.
