Smart Blog on Leadership shared advice from 13 different Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) members, including Due former President Murray Newlands about what  solutions and platforms can start streamlining HR processes.

For Murray, he prefers to use Namely because it is “great for scaling with you, so you can start out with it as a startup but still use it when you end up with much larger operations. It cuts out a lot of the duplicate paperwork that everyone hates, plus it keeps you compliant.” Others suggest TinyPulse, Lever, People HR, JustWorks, Drawloop, TriNet, Zenefits, Jive, Salesforce, Allay, Gusto and LinkedIn Recruiter. Each platform offers different features that serve a startup well, including some that offer the ability to add on things like payroll as they grow and add talent.

While you may not have an HR department yourself, you are focused on ensuring that a good working relationship is established with freelancers and outsource talent you add for projects. Our Due blog features an article on how to nurture such a relationship.
