Due mentioned in Huffington Post’s article “How Two 15-Minute Walks Daily Has Increased Company Productivity by 30%”

Stanford recently conducted a study that involved taking short physical activity breaks during work and how it increases productivity. We here at Due decided to give it a try! Each day we take 15-minute walks twice a day to alleviate mental exhaustion and work strain. Not only were their the obvious physical benefits of those daily walks, but we actually increased our productivity by 30%. We found that not only was productivity raised, but the overall work atmosphere improved as well. Seems like this is a habit that’s going to stick!
