It’s important to spend one-on-one quality time with employees because this can help them stay motivated and productive. Fortune gathered 12 opinions of Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) members on how they spend time with their team, including Due CEO and Founder John Rampton. His tip was to invite them on daily walks with him.

As he explained, “I invite my employees to go on two relaxing, 15-minute walks around the neighborhood every day. This allows me to stay healthy while getting to know my employees better. It’s been one of the best things I’ve done to really get to know people on a personal level. After a month of doing this, you’ll have done 40 walks with 40 different employees–after a year, that’s 500+ people.”

Other suggestions from YEC members included create structure, say good morning, schedule regular check-ins, rotate leadership on different projects, seek out connectors, build mentorship culture, be accessible, and host happy hours at the office.
