This article will address 11 key characteristics that are essential for entrepreneurs to have in order to be successful. Some may seem like common sense but don’t let that fool you into thinking you know their value.

The truly successful entrepreneurs are able to act confidently, even when they may not feel particularly confident because they have a strong self-esteem and complete faith in their ability to work through challenges and successfully solve problems. Effective entrepreneurs are not blamers. They take ownership for solving problems which they may have created. Leveraging good systems allows business owners greater results with less exertion. Contrary to popular belief, it’s important to rely on effective systems before one relies on people.
